Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization. Your role will involve managing client relationships, addressing client queries, resolving issues, and other related tasks. You will be based in Gurugram. Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients in Off Market share Transfer, managing inventory, updating share prices on the website daily, negotiating with investors for buying Pre IPO shares, handling customer support calls, contacting shareholders for share buyback as per the company's requirement, and conducting KYC for clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a post-graduation degree in finance or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of work experience in client management, services, and operations. Candidates with knowledge of the stock market will have an added advantage. Additionally, you should possess good communication skills, analytical knowledge, problem-solving skills, as well as leadership and management skills. The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 (in hand, depending on your last role), along with perks and benefits including food and transport facilities.,
