Client Relations Manager

Role Overview: As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing offers for property purchases, managing listing agreements, coordinating real estate transactions, entering deal information into accounting software, and providing support to real estate agents to help them close deals successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process with accuracy and timely delivery. - Create and manage listing agreements, upload accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease. - Collect and organize deal-related documents, ensure compliance and completion before closing dates. - Enter deal information into Lonewolf accounting software, maintain accurate records, and streamline operations. - Provide on-time support to real estate agents, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English and knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and any other regional language is a plus. - Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred. - 0 to 3 years of experience in support and coordination. - Experience within the real estate industry would be beneficial.
