Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and provide timely support.
• Ensure data integrity, perform regular data audits, and generate client-related reports.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and maintaining client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Support sales and business development activities through structured client data management.
• Track client interactions and maintain updated CRM records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in client relations, customer service, or database management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/database tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
