Job Outline

Client Experience Associate

By acting as a trusted point of contact, the Client Experience Associate will help strengthen Dreamfoots reputation for creativity, reliability, and outstanding service.

Role & Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and feedback to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, editing, creative) to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Document requirements and share with relevant teams as per prescribed company formats.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects and proactively update clients.

3. Client Support & Experience

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client queries are addressed promptly.
  • Handle escalations professionally and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collect client feedback at project milestones to enhance overall experience.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project requirements, and feedback.
  • Prepare and share project status reports with clients and leadership.
  • Support in creating case studies or success stories based on completed projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 03 years in client servicing, account management, or customer experience (experience in creative/media industry is a plus).
  • Skills: Organized, proactive, empathetic, and solution-driven.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent speaking etiquette and client-handling skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client trust.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
