Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team for 1st & 2nd line support of all backend applications (Non-ERP solutions) including MoveIT, Oracle APEX, Pentaho, and Oracle Enterprise Business Suite.
• Oversee all the technical aspects of the deliverables from the team.
• Guide team members technically and functionally.
• Ensure the deliverables are on time (as per SLAs) with no impacts.
• Work closely with various Business units in India and the US.
• Lead the team and be ultimately responsible for maintaining/optimizing standards across all applications supported within the team, whilst maintaining compliance with the technology governance framework.
• Responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Ensure an automated mindset in removing manual tasks.
• Ensure all systems and procedures are fully documented & have SOPs in place.
• Ability to manage a team in an environment with changing expectations from the business and regulatory perspective.
• Collaborate with Tech/Ops/Business teams to address all recurring issues.
• Ability to create reports on capacity planning, capacity utilization, and SLA breaches.

Requirements:

• Strong Datawarehouse knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in ETL Concepts.
• Hands-on experience with any ETL tool (preferably Pentaho).
• Strong DB/SQL knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
• Experience in Retail, Ecommerce, ERP is an added advantage.
• Experience in any ticketing tool, preferably JIRA.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
