Client Partner - Digital Engineering

We are seeking experienced Client Partners in Digital Engineering to join our growing team. As a Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering digital transformation solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on delivering digital engineering and IT services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that align with their goals.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and profitability within assigned accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including delivery, engineering, and technical support, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct regular account reviews, performance evaluations, and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in IT services, with a focus on digital engineering.
• Proven experience in client management, business development, or account management within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital engineering practices and modern IT solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Salary Range: 24 LPA to 48 LPA
