The Role of the Business Development Specialist (designated as a Client Partner) at ARC is a mix of business development, branding, project and customer relationship management
ARC is one of the noteworthy consulting firms in the field of leadership and organisation development based in Pune, India. In the past decade, we have served more than 200 corporates for their developmental needs.
The role is a full-time, work-from-office job and involves travelling within the city.
As a Client Partner, you ll play a pivotal role in driving ARC s growth by building and nurturing client relationships. This is more than a business development role it s about creating meaningful partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting project management of impactful learning and OD interventions.
Your efforts will shape how clients experience ARC s solutions and their outcomes.
Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various platforms to identify new business opportunities.
Building meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through all stages of their projects.
Collaborating with internal teams. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and a stellar client experience.
Developing and nurturing existing client accounts to grow business opportunities.
Representing ARC s brand with professionalism and integrity.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in relationship management and problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects with process orientation.
Knowledge of digital marketing and L&D is a plus.
Self-driven, with a passion for exploring new opportunities.
Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
