As a Client Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving ARC's growth by building and nurturing client relationships. This is more than a business development roleit's about creating meaningful partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting project management of impactful learning and OD interventions.

Your efforts will shape how clients experience ARC's solutions and their outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with existing clients, guiding them through all stages of their projects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and a stellar client experience.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various platforms to identify new business opportunities.
  • Representing ARC's brand with professionalism and integrity.
