Client Partner (Business Development Manager)

Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to potential clients through various platforms to identify new business opportunities. - Build meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through all stages of their projects. - Collaborate with internal teams, oversee project lifecycle for smooth delivery and stellar client experience. - Develop and nurture existing client accounts to grow business opportunities. - Represent ARCs brand with professionalism and integrity. Qualification Required: - Experience: 4-8 years in business development or client partnership roles, preferably in HR or L&D domains. - Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in relationship management and problem-solving, ability to handle multiple clients and projects with process orientation, knowledge of digital marketing and L&D is a plus. - Attributes: Self-driven with a passion for exploring new opportunities, committed to continuous learning and improvement, sensitive to how your work impacts others. - Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Pune or Mumbai to meet clients.
