Client Onboarding Specialist

You will be joining SCALE Healthcare as a Client Onboarding Specialist (RCM) in a full-time on-site role based in Mohali district. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into our services. This will entail tasks such as coordinating with clients to gather necessary information, setting up client accounts, providing training and support, monitoring the onboarding progress, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Your role will also involve close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience is crucial, along with outstanding customer service skills. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential for effectively managing the onboarding process. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. While experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
