Client Onboarding Manager

As a Client Onboarding Manager at Citi, you will have the responsibility to provide full leadership and direction to your team, ensuring a seamless onboarding and account opening experience for clients. Your role will involve acting as a subject matter expert on account opening, KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, and other related matters to ensure adherence to regulations. You will be leading a team of Client Account Officers (CAOs) to meet SLAs, enhance client satisfaction levels, and drive positive innovation in processes, technology, and client service. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of CAOs to exceed client expectations and enhance overall client satisfaction levels - Drive positive innovation and change to improve onboarding and account opening processes - Act as a subject matter expert for KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, Escrow account openings, and DDP processes - Be a proactive risk manager to ensure timely and high-quality processing of requests - Establish relationships with client executives, Implementations team, DDP team, and other internal partners - Provide the highest level of customer service to Banking teams and internal partners - Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in operations and compliance - Relevant domain experience in KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, and related areas - Strong leadership skills with a positive, inspiring, and communicative approach - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience At Citi, you will join a global team of dedicated professionals with the opportunity to grow your career, give back to the community, and make a real impact.,
