Role Overview:

Client Onboarding & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients onto Sales Yatra CRM and ensure a smooth transition.
• Configure integrations and workflows using tools like

  Pabbly, N8N, Zapier

  , etc.
• Understand client requirements and customize CRM accordingly.
• Provide technical support and resolve client issues promptly.
• Work closely with the product and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0–1 years of experience in onboarding, technical support, or SaaS product setup.
• Hands-on experience with

  Pabbly, N8N, Zapier

  , or similar automation tools.
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
