You’ll be the tech wizard who sets up integrations, automations, and ensures every client gets a seamless start with Sales Yatra. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new clients onto Sales Yatra CRM and ensure a smooth transition. Configure integrations and workflows using tools like Pabbly, N8N, Zapier , etc. Understand client requirements and customize CRM accordingly. Provide technical support and resolve client issues promptly. Work closely with the product and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: 0–1 years of experience in onboarding, technical support, or SaaS product setup. Hands-on experience with Pabbly, N8N, Zapier , or similar automation tools.
