Client Onboarding Support – OnlineLR

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Type: Full-Time

At OnlineLR, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Onboarding Support Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in guiding new clients through our onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and successful start on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and requirements to deliver the best onboarding experience.
  • Engage with clients via phone calls, emails, and chat to provide timely assistance.
  • Create and maintain onboarding resources, checklists, and processes for consistent support.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or customer support roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
