Job Description

As a part of the Institutional Client Onboarding team in the Customer Service group at Citi, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth onboarding process for institutional clients. Your role will involve ensuring that clients receive a seamless experience when starting their relationship with Citi. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for client onboarding. - Conduct thorough reviews of client profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns during the onboarding process. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to expedite the onboarding process and meet client expectations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding procedures. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in client onboarding or related roles in the financial services industry. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.,
