What you will do:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients build trust, manage feedback, and align on deliverables.
  • Lead social media strategy and campaign planningwith a creative and analytical mindset
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, andmedia planners to ideate and execute engaging content
  • Coordinate internal team workflows to ensuretimely delivery of content calendars, campaigns, and reports
  • Monitor social media trends, competitoractivity, and performance insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on campaignperformance, growth, and recommendations
  • Own the overall health of the account fromengagement rates to client happiness
  • Responsible for cross selling on respectiveclient accounts.

    Requirements
    • 13 years of experience in social mediamanagement or digital account management
    • Strong grasp of platform-specific content forInstagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
    • Experience working directly with clients orstakeholders in a client-facing role
    • Ability to translate brand objectives intothumb-stopping social media ideas
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven
    • Strong understanding of content trends,influencer culture, and paid social
    • Experience in managing D2C orlifestyle/fashion/EV brand accounts
    • Knowledge of social media and paid mediamarketing and community management workflows
    • Experience working in a digital marketing agencyenvironment.
    • Exposure to global markets, with a focus onregional and hyperlocal campaigns.
