Job Description

  • Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Handling end-to-end order processing and client coordination.
  • Preparing Order Sheets, ProForma Invoices (PI) and related documentation.
  • Coordinating shipments, tracking orders and following up on clearance status.
  • Managing order splitting based on ports, certifications, MOQs and shelf life.
  • Following up on payments, shipments and pending orders with clients.
  • Handling client claims and maintaining OPE & OMR reports.
  • Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with market regulations.

Desired Profile

  • Education: B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in client servicing, order processing or supply chain operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of documentation and shipment coordination.
  • Excellent communication and email writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
