Job Description

As a Client Funds Integration and Onboarding Analyst at Flutter, your role will involve developing and maintaining a best-in-class revenue to cash control environment across client funds and customer wallets for the Flutter brands. Here are some key responsibilities you will undertake: - Collaborate with stakeholders from finance teams and EPM technical specialists to gather business requirements for onboarding reconciliations onto ARCS. - Document detailed functional specifications, including transaction matching rules, reconciliation process workflows, and compliance requirements. - Ensure delivery of accurate customer data by collaborating with internal finance and data teams. - Perform high-volume reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Handover migrated and new reconciliations into BAU by liaising with Reconciliation team members. - Map data accurately between different systems to ensure seamless integration. - Track and manage project plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. - Conduct month-end reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and complete. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance ARCS functionalities and optimize reconciliation processes. - Develop and maintain documentation for data integration and reconciliation processes. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data integration and reconciliation issues. - Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. In order to successfully fulfill this role, you should have: - Proven experience of working with high volumes of data. - Working knowledge of Alteryx for data transformation and automation would be advantageous. - Experience with EPM ARCS. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Knowledge of financial processes and month-end reconciliation procedures. - Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. - Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, combined with a proactive approach to work and a desire to progress. - Proficient in the use of standard IT packages (especially Excel). - Professionalism, combined with good time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. - High level of attention to detail and trustworthiness, due to the sensitive nature of customer information. - Proactivity and innovation - capacity to take the initiative to identify improvements in process and assist management in implementation. - Articulate, with the ability to communicate both within the team and to members of the wider business in a concise manner. - Flexibility, enjoying a frequently changing and fast-paced environment.,
