Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Client Experience Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating elevated and memorable experiences for clients visiting our Intelligence Hub in India and across various other touchpoints, such as ABM events in the US and EU. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, this role ensures that every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Plan, coordinate, and execute elevated client visit experiences at our Intelligence Hub in India.
Collaborate with the Customer Success, Delivery, Admin, Design, and Communications teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage the logistics, agendas, and deliverables for client visits to ensure a premium and personalized experience. Partner with the Head of Marketing and Communications to enhance client experiences at ABM events across the US and EU. Provide on-ground or virtual support for event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the brand s values and standards. Build and maintain a strong network of vendors in India for event support, logistics, and experiential design. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and ensure client-facing experiences are consistent and impactful. Act as a liaison between teams to streamline communication and enhance event outcomes.

Required Skills

Proven experience in managing high-profile client experiences and events.
Strong vendor management skills and a well-established vendor ecosystem in India. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
