Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Executive (CE) in the Relationship Sales group within Equities at Citigroup in Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, revenue generation, and leveraging client relationships to enhance Citi's footprint. Your role will involve managing clients trading and clearing onshore exchanges in India, including global institutional clients and domestic clients. Additionally, you will work closely with the Head of Clearing to manage clearing product responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client's structure, strategies, and service needs - Ensure client profitability, revenue growth, and adherence to Service Level Agreements - Manage day-to-day service, client satisfaction, risk management, and timely escalation - Conduct regular client reviews and coordinate responses to client concerns - Enhance Citi products and services across India Futures and Prime Franchise - Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities, including Equities Prime brokerage and Electronic Execution business - Collaborate with control functions for appropriate governance and control infrastructure - Promote responsible finance, good governance, expense discipline, and ethics - Manage liquidity, margin management, investments, and working capital costs - Engage with external stakeholders including CCPs, trade organizations, exchanges, and vendors Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Futures, OTC Clearing, and FXPB - India onshore Futures and Options experience - Cross product knowledge in equities, fixed income, FX, Derivatives, Electronic Trading, and Swaps - Understanding of regulatory, risk, and control environment - Knowledge of global markets, investment limitations, and operational/settlement procedures - Familiarity with IT infrastructure supporting financing products Skills: - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service - Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask, change priorities, and maintain a steep learning curve - Client management and market analysis capabilities - Business-driven individual willing to work holistically Qualifications: - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Previous experience in the financial industry - Proven analytical and organization skills Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
