Client Engagement & Office Administration Coordinator

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

OAWA is looking for a people-centric professional who enjoys engaging with clients and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is not an IT support role—it’s about service, coordination, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries, providing warm and timely support.
  • Maintain strong relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Handle daily office administration like scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support management in both client-facing and operational tasks.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in client service, hospitality, education, healthcare, banking, or other service industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and reliability.
  • Comfort with MS Office and Google Workspace.
