Client Development Manager

Marketing Role – Client DEvelopmet Manager (CDM)

We are offering a Vacation Home-Plots, Farmhouses and Apartment Selling Marketing role with the following structured responsibilities and working model:

Lead Source & Interaction

All leads will be provided by the company – no need for field sourcing.

No fieldwork or site visits involved in the role.

Client interaction is limited to office-based communication only.

Communication Responsibilities

Initial contact will be through the incoming call system (first interaction is from client).

Role involves handling incoming inquiries, sharing project details, and addressing client queries.

You will encourage clients to visit the office for further discussion – no outside meetings required

Follow-Up & Conversion

Regular follow-ups to be done over phone calls only.

Maintain communication logs and update client status in the CRM system.

Work closely with seniors to ensure client office visits and coordinate accordingly.

Performance Focus

This is a performance-driven role with clear targets based on lead conversion.

Strong communication skills, persuasion, and follow-up discipline are key to success.
