We are looking for a Client Coordinator with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth handling of visa and travel service requests.

➡️ Key Responsibilities:

👉 Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and in-person.

👉 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of visa and travel-related services.

👉 Assist clients with documentation, application tracking, and appointment scheduling.

👉 Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.

👉 Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and professional support.

👉 Handle escalations with empathy and efficiency.

👉 Required Skills & Qualifications:

👉 Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

👉 Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.

👉 Good organizational and time-management abilities.

👉 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & basic computer skills.

👉 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

👉 Fresher with strong communication skills are welcome.

👉 Candidates with prior Visa & Travel industry experience will be given preference.
