Kanodia Technoplast is a reputed name in the packaging and gravure printing industry, known for quality, innovation, and strong client relationships. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our client servicing function.

Role Overview

The Senior Client Coordinator will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent coordination skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their requirements.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth communication.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Track project timelines, updates, and share regular progress reports with clients.
• Support business development by identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of client communication.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in client servicing/client coordination within the packaging/printing/related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive approach with problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
