Salary- 15000 - 22000

working days - 6 days working

Time - 9.30am to 6.30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to manage the relationship between our company and its clients. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Understand client needs and preferences

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention

2. Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

- Respond to client inquiries and concerns

- Communicate project updates and progress to clients

3. Internal Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations)

- Ensure seamless

execution and delivery

4. Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve client issues promptly

- Escalate complex issues to management as needed

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, project management, or a related field

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
