Client Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Profile Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client profiles, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage client profiles in the system or CRM
• Maintain client databases and ensure accuracy of information
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents or data
• Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Assist in onboarding new clients and resolving client queries
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines
• Generate reports and maintain confidentiality of client information
