Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Lucknow Area for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing client communications, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include liaising between clients and the development team, handling client inquiries, providing updates, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management and client relations
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development processes and terminology
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
