Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Lucknow Area for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing client communications, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include liaising between clients and the development team, handling client inquiries, providing updates, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project management and client relations Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Understanding of software development processes and terminology Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
