About the company:

Role responsibilities:

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for assigned customers and represent the company professionally at all times
• Manage and coordinate

  client schedules

  , meetings, and follow-ups
• Communicate regularly with

  PPC and internal teams

  to align on order execution and timelines
• Track

  Purchase Orders (POs), order status, dispatch, and delivery updates

  using Excel
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate order tracking sheets and documentation
• Proactively monitor each customer’s orders and ensure you

  know the current status at all times

• Share timely and clear

  order updates with customers

  , addressing queries or concerns promptly
• Identify delays or issues early and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them
• Ensure a smooth customer experience through clear communication and accountability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills Hindi & English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  and MS Word

  (tracking, basic formulas, data organization) and mail drafting etc.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously
• Customer-focused mind-set with a professional and confident demeanor
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in

  client coordination, order management, or operations

• Prior exposure to working with PPC, vendors, or production teams
• Familiarity with order lifecycle management and documentation
