Job Title: Client Communication Executive Location: Jaipur (On-site) Company: Maneesh Media Experience Required: 2–5 years in client servicing or communications Industry: Publishing / Media / Content Development Maneesh Media is a premium global publishing house with over 20 years of experience in curating high-end coffee table books, biographies, and corporate publications. We collaborate with influential personalities, governments, and global business leaders to create meaningful and lasting editorial experiences. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal editorial/design teams. Coordinate with high-profile clients, including business leaders, government officials, and international partners, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times. Understand client requirements thoroughly and communicate them effectively to writers, editors, and designers. Manage project timelines and ensure that client expectations are met regarding content delivery, design layouts, and approvals. Schedule and lead regular update calls/emails with clients and track feedback for internal teams. Maintain documentation and communication records for each client. Support business development and editorial leads by preparing briefs, meeting notes, and follow-up materials. Liaise with printers, event partners, and logistics vendors for timely execution of deliveries (where relevant). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in media, publishing, or branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is a must). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with senior clients and stakeholders. Ability to work under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects. Working knowledge of publishing workflows is a plus.
