Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Client Acquisition & Partnership Specialist to support our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting Magselan’s recruitment services in a consultative, high-value way.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new B2B opportunities through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.)
  • Build relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers
  • Promote Magselan’s recruitment solutions with a consultative sales approach
  • Develop and execute client outreach strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads and active opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the Magselan brand with credibility and professionalism


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or partnerships (ideally in recruitment, HR services, or professional services)
  • Proven success in lead generation and sales conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English – C1+)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern digital outreach methods
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and structure
