Role Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Client Acquisition & Partnership Specialist to support our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting Magselan’s recruitment services in a consultative, high-value way. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in India. Location: Remote/Hybrid Timings : 7 PM – 4 AM. Contract Details: Duration : 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs) Engagement Type: Contract - Full time Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Microservices Developer to join our engineering team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and ensuring seamless data flow and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions. Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. Build and maintain APIs and data flow between distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps. Optimize microservice performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to best practices. Required Skills and Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture. Strong experience in Data flows using Apache beam. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or any container orchestration tools is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred). Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to message queues. Basic understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
