As an Intern at VoiceTree Technologies, your responsibilities will include: - Building strong relationships with assigned customers and acting as their trusted point of contact. - Understanding customers' business needs and goals to suggest relevant MyOperator solutions. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. - Assisting in onboarding new clients and driving product adoption through training and support. - Monitoring customer health and usage data to proactively address issues or opportunities. - Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer queries. - Maintaining accurate records in CRM and documenting all customer interactions. VoiceTree Technologies, established in November 2010 by Ankit Jain in New Delhi, India, focuses on developing solutions to simplify and make call management more affordable.
