Client Acquisition Internship

As an intern at VoiceTree Technologies, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with assigned customers and serving as their trusted point of contact. It will be essential for you to comprehend the business needs and goals of customers in order to recommend relevant MyOperator solutions. You will be expected to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, as well as assist in onboarding new clients and driving product adoption through training and support. Monitoring customer health and usage data to proactively address issues or opportunities will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer queries will be crucial, along with maintaining accurate records in CRM and documenting all customer interactions.
