Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Build strong relationships with assigned customers and act as their trusted point of contact. Understand customers’ business needs and goals to suggest relevant MyOperator solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Assist in onboarding new clients and drive product adoption through training and support. Monitor customer health and usage data to proactively address issues or opportunities. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records in CRM and document all customer interactions.
