Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the education and training sector. Build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and corporate clients. Present and promote CompileITs training programs to prospective clients. Conduct market research and stay informed about EdTech and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and communication strategies. Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA or BBA students (Marketing, or related fields) B.Tech students with strong interest in business development Skills & Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, client acquisition, and EdTech Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly Basic understanding of the education and training industry
