Client Account Manager (Medical Billing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical billing industry and a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services to clients, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of all RCM processes.
• Oversee the delivery of medical billing services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
• Monitor client account performance, including billing accuracy, claim denial rates, and revenue cycle metrics, and provide regular reports and insights.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance, discuss potential improvements, and gather feedback.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned client account management matters. Develop SOPs and conduct training as required.
• Manage client onboarding, transitions, and implementation of new services or changes to existing services.
• Willing to work hands-on medical billing tasks such as charge entry, payment posting, AR, patient calls etc. as per business requirements.
• Work closely with billing specialists, coders, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, service agreements, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in medical billing and coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client account management within the medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management industry.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes, coding, and insurance regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
