Client Account Manager

Role & responsibilities:

The job roles and responsibilities are,

• Manage the assigned accounts effectively and work with them to improve their business.
• Overall support services Ensure quality of service is met as per organization guidelines.
• Manage Inbound and outbound calls as per the business requirements.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods-tools to achieve first call resolution.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process          customer accounts, and file documents.
• Upsell our technology products to build the foodhub ecosystem to our clients.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Ensure GDPR compliance is adhered to all the time.
•  Be flexible to work in all shifts aligned by the organization Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be a fast learner, team player, and should have a result-oriented approach
• Be able to communicate at all levels and have an eye on the core deliverables
• Be organized, confident, positive, reliable, and should be able to meet the KPI's set by the leadership.
• Should be flexible to work 24-7 rotational shifts
• C1 In British Council English Test
