They should have at least 2 years of full-time work experience within a public/quasi-public organization or a related sector, with prior experience in accounting or financial matters considered an advantage. Applicants with higher degree qualifications are preferred. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, along with good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of graphic design, social media management and website management software will be an advantage. They should demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently within tight deadlines. Attention to detail, self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with diverse stakeholders are essential qualities for success in this role. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II.The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the development and operations of a project. He/She will assist in managing and organizing project-related documents and materials; scheduling meetings, workshops, and events; handling filing, data entry and document organization, preparing documentation for meeting and finance management; managing general admin and providing logistic support for projects and relevant events; and perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.
