Cleo LexiCom Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Cleo LexiCom-based integrations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI communication issues
• Work with trading partners for onboarding and connection setup
• Ensure timely execution of file transfers and job scheduling
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain data flow and system stability

Required Skills & Tools:

• Cleo LexiCom (mandatory)
• EDI (X12, EDIFACT) standards and workflows
• AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP, and other file transfer protocols
• Knowledge of Cleo Harmony or Clarify (added advantage)
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (preferred)
