Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive revenue generation for the studio by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personalize client experiences to ensure high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and products.
Continuously learn and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Maintain a service-oriented approach, promptly addressing client needs and concerns.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: marketing, business, or related fields).

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred.
