Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team and ensure high standards of hygiene and maintenance are consistently met at client locations in Kozhikode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning staff activities.
• Assign duties and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on procedures, chemicals, and safety.
• Maintain attendance, material usage, and work reports.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding site needs or issues.
• Ensure timely completion of all cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Must be Kozhikode-based or willing to work full-time in Kozhikode.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and methods.
• Ability to handle multiple sites or teams if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
