Cleaning Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will ensure that cleanliness standards are met, manage the housekeeping staff, and maintain inventory levels. Additionally, you will address guest complaints and prioritize a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. - Training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, policies, and safety protocols. - Creating and maintaining cleaning schedules to ensure efficient coverage and task completion. - Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels. - Addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. - Collaborating with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs and coordinate efforts. Qualifications Required: - Possession of a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler is compulsory. - Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role is preferred. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person.
