Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Claims Analyst. The primary responsibilities of this role include processing and analyzing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. The analyst will handle claims documentation, investigate incidents, and coordinate with involved parties to ensure efficient claims handling. The role requires maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and providing insights to improve claims management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate claims data
• Experience with claims processing and claims handling
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and relevant stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of insurance policies, frameworks, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Proficiency in using claims management software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Prior experience in the insurance or risk consulting industry is advantageous
