Civil/Structural Engineer – Industrial Foundations & Steel Structures

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with strong expertise in Industrial Civil Foundations and Steel Structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising civil and structural works for industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review industrial foundations, RCC structures, and steel structures for plants, factories, and industrial facilities.
• Prepare and validate structural drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load analysis, and foundation design for heavy equipment and industrial buildings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, quality checks, and resolving technical issues.
• Review vendor/contractor submissions and provide technical approvals.
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil engineering, with proven expertise in foundations and steel structures.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, international design codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes preferred).
• Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Experience in managing industrial civil works, including heavy equipment foundations and structural steel fabrication/erection.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with EPC/Industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Exposure to industrial safety and quality management systems.
