Civil Supervisor

You will be joining Makin Developers Pvt Ltd, a well-known real estate development company in Dehradun, as a Civil Supervisor. With a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the relevant field, you will play a crucial role in overseeing civil construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and overseeing civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards. - Allocating tasks to construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work execution. - Monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective measures to maintain project schedules and budgets. - Conducting regular inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance. - Collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. - Maintaining accurate records of construction activities and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
