Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Civil Supervisor located in Pathanamthitta. The Civil Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, standards, and timelines. Key responsibilities include site supervision, ensuring quality control measures, and coordinating with the workforce and stakeholders to address project requirements. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, monitoring work progress, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and hands-on expertise in Site Supervision Experience in On-Site project management and implementing Quality Control standards Strong Communication skills for effective coordination Ability to manage teams and ensure safety compliance Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Proven experience in civil construction projects is an advantage
