Electrician Mechanic

You are Makin Developers Pvt Ltd, a well-known real estate development company based in Dehradun, India, looking for a proficient Electrician Mechanic to become a part of your team. As an Electrician Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in both residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include electrical wiring, conduit installation, troubleshooting of electrical components, routine inspections, and testing to ensure functionality and safety. You should have preferably completed I.T.I. (Industrial Training Institute) or an equivalent certification in the electrical trade, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an electrician, ideally in the construction industry. A strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and tools is essential, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Your role will require excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a firm commitment to safety. In this position, you will be expected to diagnose and resolve electrical faults such as short circuits, power failures, and malfunctioning equipment. You will need to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures accurately. Adhering to safety standards and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with electrical codes will be a crucial aspect of your work. Additionally, you will collaborate with other trades and contractors to facilitate electrical installations and repairs on construction sites. Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent, will also be part of your responsibilities.
