Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum 12th or graduate of any discipline. - Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. - Proficiency in reading and writing in Hindi. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. - Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
