Civil Supervisor

Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and overseeing civil construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. - Allocating tasks to construction crews and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. - Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective measures to maintain project schedules and budgets. - Conducting regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. - Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project objectives are met. - Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and manpower allocation. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. - Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews and subcontractors. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
